sun dried tomato quiche



i) crust

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp dill seeds

ii) filling

  • 1/2 c onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c sun dried tomatos, chopped
  • 3 chives, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 c mozerella cheese, grated
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c milk
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper

For crust, crumble butter into flour-salt mixture. Add water and roll into pie shape. Place into greased and floured pie pan. Spread grated cheese as first layer in pie, then add veggie/egg/milk mixture. Bake 375 deg F till knive comes out clean.
