pasta pesto



  • pasta of your choosing
  • pesto: 1 handful basil, 2 tbsp pine nuts, 3 cloves garlic, olive oil_ Blend all till smooth
  • salt/pepper/Parmesan cheese

this is Wendy’s favorite meal, and good for carbo-loading before frisbee games. also good as leftovers with more salt

  1. Nice…I prefer walnuts to pinenuts in my pesto. And I also mix the grated parm in the pesto. Try making it with a mortar and pestle…

  2. it is my kitchen counter top, b/c there is a fluorescent light nearby and I don’t have to use the camera flash
