Egg rolls

Ingredients:

  • egg roll wrappers
  • grated carrots
  • grated eggplants
  • spinach
  • chicken thighs
  • ground peanuts

cook chicken in fish sauce and soy sauce. wrap ingredients in thick egg rolls. steam for 5 min. serve with dipping sauce. I had no clue which sauce would be tastiest, so I tried hoisin, peanut ginger, and the reserved fish sauce. My vote was for fish sauce, if you don’ t mind the smell.
