breakfast sandwich

Ingredients:

  • fist-full Gimmie Lean imitation pork sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • bread

Patty out the Gimmie Lean and fry up w/ olive oil. Use same pan for 2 sunny side up eggs. Toast thick bread slices and add protein on top.

This staved off hunger for several hrs last weekend, and not to mention the smell in the kitchen is right nice. I have seen my fair share of meat eaters fooled by Gimmie Lean!
