Cherry beer update

I cracked open a bottle that has been fermenting for 5 days.  It tastes great…  but isn’t yet carbonated enough.  There is a sweet and sour flavor that finishes dry and a little bitter.   I think the sweetness will come down as the yeast grow- or at least I hope so.  It tastes great, and not at all like fruit flavored beers such as Pyramid Apricot Ale thank God.  Come over for a tasting if’n you live in the area.
